Born in Northern Virginia in Fairlington and raised in Falls Church, Virginia, I learned about the importance of quality customer service at the youthful age of 12 years old in my family business. This focus on business continued through my college years at Strayer, where I honed my appreciation for customer care and defined what I consider the key components of every successful transaction: courtesy, integrity and being a straight shooter.
These components have followed me into my real estate career with Keller Williams McLean/Great Falls, where I am an educator, contracts compliance officer (keeping real estate agents in line!) and Associate Broker. These positions have allowed me a multi-dimensional perspective - I have a sharp eye for detail, an advanced understanding of real estate and an enjoyment of “training & explaining.”
My real estate “hobbies” extend to commercial properties, investment properties, property management and personal real estate throughout Northern Virginia. My volunteer work in crisis intervention in the area has helped me keep life in perspective while polishing my negotiation and people skills.
